Bake: Bake: At 375 degrees F. Unwrap plank and place directly on the middle oven rack. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Grill: Grill: Preheat to medium-high (about 375 degrees F). Unwrap plank and place directly on grill rack. Close cover and cook for 17-23 minutes. Have a spray bottle of water handy in case of flare-ups. Plank will get hot during cooking. Use tongs to remove from grill. Cooking Instructions: Always cook product to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as read by thermometer. Cooking Tip: Remove film and remove planks/fish from tray before cooking. Warning: Although great care is taken to remove them, bones may be present. Salmon is cooked when the flesh becomes firm and flaky. Serving Suggestions: Go Classic: Serve simply with rice or mashed potatoes and fresh veggies with lemon. Go Green: Serve with a simple salad with your favorite veggies and dressing. Go GrillMaster: Serve with other grilled favorites like corn on the cob, asparagus or squash and onions.
