Cooking Directions: Makes about 4 cups. Stove Top: In medium saucepan, bring 4 cups (32 fl oz) water to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in contents of one envelope soup mix. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Combine 1 envelope soup mix and 4 cups water in a 2 qt. casserole. Heat uncovered on high power until boiling (about 8 minutes), stirring occasionally. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
