Directions: 1. Pour contents of pouch into a pan with 8 cups of tap water. Stir to dissolve. Bring to a boil and add approximately 2 lb of your choice of meat or seafood (shrimp or fish) and vegetables. 2. Simmer and let cook for 10 minutes.
