- Add the lettuce, cheese, cucumber, onion, cranberries, pecans and orange to a large bowl. Toss to combine.
- For the pomegranate vinaigrette, whisk together the pomegranate juice, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil until completely combined.
- Drizzle the pomegranate vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
