- Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut each one in half lengthwise.
- Mix together the butter, honey and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Add the mixture to a large saute pan over medium heat and allow to melt.
- Add the Brussels sprouts, cut side down, and cook for 8-10 minutes until brown and crisp. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Flip the Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Serve immediately.
