- Slice the avocados in half, discard the pits and add the flesh to a medium bowl. Reserve the skin halves.
- Mash the avocado with a fork to a chunky consistency. Stir in the bacon, onion, tomato, cheese, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and salt.
- Divide guacamole between the skin halves. Add the sour cream to a sandwich bag and cut a small hole in one corner. Pipe the lines of a football over each guacamole boat. Serve immediately.
