Crunchy, creamy, salty, sweet: This dip has it all! This fun, quirky dish takes all the ﬂavors and textures of the retro-steakhouse wedge salad and remixes them into a shareable party snack. Serve it with toast points, pretzel crisps or herbed crackers for a lovely (but fuss-free) presentation.
- Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch mix in a medium mixing bowl until evenly combined. Spread in an even layer in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Top with the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and blue cheese. Garnish with the chives.
Recipe Tip: For a lighter dip, substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream.
